   - Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for eBooks or downloadable materials are not provided. If you experience issues accessing or downloading your product, please contact us for assistance.

   - Physical Products: Refunds for physical merchandise may be issued under the following conditions:
     - The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
     - The request for a refund is made within 14 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

   - Return Shipping: For approved refunds or exchanges, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

   - Cancellation by Customer: Refunds for paid workshops or events will only be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

   - Cancellation by IMSOINLOVEWITHGOD: If an event or workshop is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future event.
